Day 4 -
We started in Chicago's famous feeding frenzy, the Taste of Chicago.
Thousands of people and dozens of restaurants were there.
We then made our way to the outskirts of Chicago, to Oak Park, visiting the home and studio of architect Frank Lloyd Wright.
Eventually ending in Geneva at the Kane County Cougars.
A former zoo safari train shuttles people from the far parking lots.
The traveling IHOP bus was on hand along with their mascot, Mr. Batter.
The food selection at the ballpark was fantastic, including fresh made quesadillas & burritos, as well as other tasty treats.
The Cougars were able to stop a late rally by the Burlington Bees to win 5-4.
Threatening weather approaching, but hopefully tomorrow, a classic split-state double-header.
